Ridiculous Battery

Read some other post about this but didn't see anything that helped.

While display is on, my battery drops 1% about every 3 minutes.
Display light set to lowest possible setting.
When I look at about phone>Battery>What's Using the Batter, display comes in at about 70-80%. Anyone find a solution?

Forgot to mention I use CMv6.1
Maybe this is the culprit

Any advice on flashing a new kernal?

That's about right. Because you use a custom Rom.and kernel, everything that uses the undervolted CPU shows lower percentage relatively.

Because screen drain is nothing to do with CPU, its the same as before, but because everything else is so efficient, it appears more.

1% every three minutes = 300 minutes = 5 hours of constant use with the screen on. Sounds about right to me?

make sure cpu is not set to performance on setcpu
alsop as above, if your screen is on that much then thats about right, turn down the brightness and stop playing with it when there is no need for it to be on

Exactly what I was thinking

For comparison, my battery dropped from 86% to around 65-70% in around 1 hour of video playback.
