Best Buy Details

Like I said, I'll take a look around tonight and see whats up. If nothing has changed internally, I don't foresee it.

People are getting pissed because of dates they have heard as rumor, everyone is working themselves up into this. Again the only thing we have heard from HTC is that the phones will start shiping this week, there has been no release date given.

The only thing delayed are the various leaks and rummors being thrown around by blogs.

All of the release dates that have come out have been pure speculation. Best Buy messed up IMHO by releasing a date. Remember back when the phone was announced there was a tweet by some insider that hinted at a release on St. Patricks day.

Then you have BlackmanX who has stated that the only reason they are trying to get this thing out in Feb. is because of the demand, however they are not going to release it unless it is ready. With the announcement by HTC that the phones are shipping this week I think it is pretty safe to say that we will see the phones by Feb. 24th if not earlier.

I hope I haven't screwed myself here, but my contract with at&t was up, so on Feb 11th I went to BB and got a dinc. I plan on returning it for the tbolt when it's released.
In the event it is "delayed " passed the 30 day return period, I assume I'll be stuck with the dinc (not such a bad thing.) Would this be a correct assumption, or do you think BB would let me prepay for the tbolt and go without a phone till its available?

You've confirmed that you have 30 days (and not 14?). Some states are 14 day returns ...
