[Confirmed] February 22nd Release Date

how do i reserve the phone so that i can get it delivered to the store and pick it up on the 21st? also when pre-ordering it it says 299.99 is the rebate a mail in thing?

When I checked out during my (pre)order there was no option to choose a different shipping method - it just said two day shipping, and from what I can tell that's USPS (right?). If they 'ship' on the 21st through USPS will it actually be shipped since they're 'closed'? So that would mean I'd get it the 24th, when I'm gone. Sigh. I sure do hope that thing about getting it in our PRE-ordering hands by the 21st is correct.

I think you have to go to the store and pre-order

I think they normally ship FedEx regardless if its 2day. And FedEx is running on the 21st

Call up AT&T to see if you can change the delivery method to pick it up in store on the 21st. I don't really see why they can't as the phone hasn't been shipped yet. From what I've read, they are sending it out on the 21st...so you'll get the phone on the 23rd. Though if you're lucky, you can get it the next day :D
 
I was just thinking is Fedex gonna deliver on Monday (2/22) being "President's day"? or we will be getting it by this Friday/saturday :)
 
Well I lucked out... the guy who helped me in the store said I should probably just have it shipped to the store so he could ensure my unlimited data plan was set up correctly.

Now I find out I might get it a day early? I owe that guy a beer or something!

In addition, he was able to figure a way for it to only cost $99.99 + $5.10 in tax.

I also spoke to customer service about my order that I placed on the 13th. He told me that my order was complete and being prepped to ship out tomorrow. He told me that the goal was to have all pre-orders in customers hands by the 21st. Based on my home address and proximity to the shipping warehouse mine is coming from - he said there is a chance I will have my phone and docks by Saturday!!!!!

I live in Dallas, so I hope I am in the same boat as you. I did go through the Premier website, so I hope that doesn't make a difference.
 
Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I feel like since the pending charge on my card disappeared today, it may may then go through tomorrow, which would mean that there's the possibility shipping starts tomorrow. Either way, glad things got pushed up from March 6th!

I didn't know Fedex delivered on Saturdays, is that right?
 
When ever you guys get your phones can you please upload some pics & video of the phone & sample picture with & without flash.

I cant wait for this to come to the UK. Cheers. :D

You must have had a well informed customer service agent, the one I talked to was all but useless! (at least she was friendly though) "um... your order says in progress, maybe try calling tomorrow?" lol!
 
Just got this email from att.

Thank you for your recent purchase from www.att.com. We inadvertently stated in your order confirmation email that you would receive your order “within three to five business days." I don't know who you guys have been talking to but I got this in the mail a few minutes ago. I ordered early on the 13th and it shows processing in my order status. I spoke to a rep about this and she said that it is not shipping for delivery on the 21st. Sorry guys but I think someone has been pulling your leg. If I'm wrong I appologize as this is my second post.


btw, I never got an email that said three to five business days for what it's worth.
