Same...ordered on the 12th at 10:56pm. Not premier. WTF is going on? If I don't get my phone until the 6th I might do something terrible.

Following our report from earlier this morning suggesting the Motorola ATRIX 4G would become available on February 22nd, AT&T has reached out to clarify launch details surrounding the anticipated device. Motorola’s ATRIX 4G will indeed launch on February 22nd in AT&T stores across the country for $199.99. Pre-sales of the Motorola ATRIX 4G began earlier this week on February 13th, and customers who pre-ordered the phone for home delivery will see their orders ship on February 21st. Customers who pre-ordered their phones and opted to have them shipped to a local AT&T store will be able to pick them up on February 21st, one day ahead of general availability. The Motorola ATRIX 4G, which BGR reviewed earlier this month, features a dual-core 1GHz Tegra 2 processor, a 4-inch qHD touchscreen display, 1GB of RAM and version 2.2 of Google’s Android operating system.
 
Ordered mine early (( around 8 am central )) on the 13th.

According to the E-mail I received, mine is scheduled to be shipped ON the 22nd.

So,I Called ATT customer care. They told me that it will not be in stores till the 25th, and I should receive it the 23rd or 25th.

According to a local store, they will have them for sale on Monday. When they checked on my order, they said I should have it by Monday or Tuesday.
 
If I go to the store on the 22nd, do you think at&t store will have it in stock even though I did not pre order it

Mine still says "back ordered" I have called premier service 3 times in the last day and spoke to 3 different reps and they all gave me a different answer.
So it seems we will get one of the following answers! Lol:
1) It will ship for delivery March 6th and be available in stores that date as well
2) It will ship for delivery March 3rd and be available in stores that date as well.
3) It will ship for delivery Feb 22 and be available in stores on that date as well.

So who knows at this point.... the AT&T Facebook page did say delivery for pre orders on the 21st and in stores the 22nd.
I will believe it when I get the shipping email with the tracking number! :-)

When did you pre-order?
 
Mine still says back-ordered. I ordered from Premier on the 14th about 7am. I would have ordered on the 13th but couldn't since AT&T's Premier website was screwed up..but I digress.

you could be right...you guys on the east coast should start seeing shipping notices soon. I am in Arizona so...maybe later today. :-)

I'm not sure how many times they ship throughout the day but I suspect by late tonight we will get some shipping info. I check my order status online but I always call the automated order status line or speak to someone because that seems to always update 1st.
 
Does anyone else's accessories still show as backordered? I ordered the multimedia dock and the desktop dock.

Two different customer service managers have told me that all consumer pre orders will be shipped on March 6th as AT&T is trying to manage inventory levels to have availability in the Stores. They said that unless I ordered in the store - I will not have it on the 22nd. Man - I am so pissed. I ordered mine at 11:40 PM on the 12th and as of yesterday morning was told that everything was processed, ready and approved for shipping (including the authorization to port my number) now two different people are telling me that won't happen until the 6th. Can anyone with a brain in their head on this site that works for AT&T give some clarity to what I am being told. Is it true?

I don't think this is correct information. At the latest it should ship the 22nd. I was told this by every business rep I spoke with including a manager
