The last few phones I have had (Inc, BB 9630, POS STORM) all had release dates set. I do not recall how long before it was released, it was announced.

My recollection for the INC was about a week. Does anyone know tyically how long. I am starting to think the 28th would make more sense if announce in the next few days.

If my memory serves me correctly on the Dinc, they announce on April 18th that pre-orders would start on April 21 and I received mine in the mail on April 28th. I do remember that I got mine a day before the local VZW store got them in. They freaked out when I brought my Dinc in to accessories. They wondered how I already had it.

haha yeah I got mine a day early to, and brought it in to Verizon and they wondered how I already had it lol

Yep that sounds about right, I remember getting online early in the morning to order mine, received mine on the 28th as well. I was so excited about getting it, feels like old times in here.
 
the same person who told miami about the xoom releasing on 24 also told him the tb would release then as well. he posted the info saturday. before it was announced. so i guess we'll see.

I found the hardware on the Fascinate to be TOP NOTCH, but I kinda like Froyo, and that's apparently NEVER going to happen. I can't remember how many times I've said (or wrote) I wish Verizon had an EVO (I'm big time oversimplifying that statement... I understand that the Bolt is a CLEARLY superior and different device) and every day since Jan 6th has been TORTURE:(

Haha! Fight your own battles...I don't need your girlfriend giving me the same dirty looks that my wife gives me when I talk tech :D

The Fascinate is nice, but next to a Droid X...it looks tiny. I want the bigger screen. The T-Bolt is going to be a great option although I'm not thrilled about the price tag ($250 or $300 for 2 year contract...not great either way).

The fascinate isnt that much smaller than the droid X so idk how you say it looks tiny next to a droid x.
 
Hi all, I watched House tonight and saw 3 Tbolt commercials during it's hour run time. The first was the counting ad, then the 2nd (rooftop) ad, then the counting one again. All had coming soon at the end of them.

Even though they don't have a date, I'm thinking 24th (or maybe 28th) sounds good. That was just one hour long show, and many are reporting seeing it on ESPN, CBS, ABC, FOX, etc. Seeing that it's been on all 3 networks plus cable, it points to them wanting to build a buzz with people outside of the tech blog forums. The only thing that makes me not think the 28th is it's a Monday. The only time they have even done anything remotely like a Monday release was the Incredible but that was for preorder (April 19th) with it being released 10 days later on a Thursday (April 29th, but I got mine on the 28th). So if not the 24th, I'd bet on March 3rd. Just my opinion.
