You need to download it from the market.
It's called Dr.Ben0x Keyboard. If you just type in Dr keyboard it will still find it.

One thing if you can help. Which sizes are your icons? (in pixels)
I can't get mine to fit...
For 3x1 :
472x142 (pixels)
For 1x2 :
152x294
Make sure you followed this step:
In LauncherPro settings, under Advanced, set homescreen rows to 5.
