Are you EXCITED!!!!!

I was more excited about 3 weeks ago. Now it's very anticlimactic, which in all honesty is a good thing. It'll let me evaluate if I really want this item or not. The novelty that was once there isn't there anymore, although I'll admit that I've been convincing myself how much slower my current phone is with each passing day since it was announced.

Been waiting too long for this phone. GF upgraded to the iphone for verizon. my friend bailed out on the TB last week and got the iphone. Both of them are rubbing their new iphone in my face. Can't wait for this phone to come out and blow them out of the water.
 
I think we're all excited and that's why some of us are getting pissed. if you weren't excited for the phone, you'd be posting in another phone's forums, or not at all.

I can agree with this. I also agree with a previous post about how this has let the hype settle down for me and realize that I could absolutely live without this phone and go with an Evo or Inspire without any complaints.
I am tired of waking up every day and realizing that it will be another day full of learning nothing new about this situation. All excitement for the time being is gone and I don't even think I will run out and get this phone right away now if I do at all.

If I put the TB in my front pocket, put it on vibrate and then called my number non-stop- perhaps I would be excited......

As each day now passes with no word, the Thunderbolt becomes the Blunderbolt.
 
I am...exhausted! I was hoping to have this phone before I went out of town this past weekend. Now I am hoping to have it before I head out of town on Wednesday the 16th. Honestly, I am exhausted worrying about this stupid release.

And please spare me all the "it's just a phone comments." I've had the same phone since 2008 and I have waited and waited to upgrade. I finally have to make the switch back to VZW and I am running out of time. All these factors and I can't wait to just hold the damn thing in my hands like OMG. In the meantime I feel like a zombie...
 
Im still undecided. Id really like to get this phone....but... are there any other phones slated for an April release?

I need a new phone before May 1st....

Seems March is a stretch to happen now, but May would be insane. HTC would be losing millions of $ in sales being that late. Too much competition looming, or already here by then.

No way for May.

Because of all the "Great information" that's been released today? I don't believe anything I hear to either side. I want a VZW announcement.
 
I was excited....then it took forever, then it costs $300 on contract just for a larger screen....I'll pass...the only thing make this a consideration for me anymore is the grandfathered 4g unlimited data...

That is the biggest deal of all. If you're in a 4G area this phone is a no brainer with the unlimited 4G speeds. I really don't give a shit if it comes today, tomorrow or next month, I'm still getting it. I have had no issues with 3 Incredibles and I don't expect issues with the TB either. However, I do understand the frustration of a lot of folks especially if they are sitting on a shit phone or prematurely sold a decent one. It's a weird marketing strategy imo.
