That is entirely incorrect. The quote I read were from their CFO not CTO and the exact statement was that LTE PHONES (GENERIC, PLURAL) would be available by Q2. That is not inconsistent with one (say THE 1ST flagship LTE phone) also being available in Q1 as per prior VZW announcement. Misquoting and misinterpreting quotes drives me batty.

Hey guys, not sure if this means anything, but I got into work today and our weekly newsletter of inventory news shows that the HTC Incredible is an "end of life" device at the end of march. What do I think it means? That were getting the TB probably next week because I don't think verizon would discontinue the incredible if they didn't have the TB to replace it with. Here's the pic (forgive me if link doesn't work. Trying to do all this from my droid 2 lol)--

vzw announced that the Incredible would hit EOl in March several months ago.
It has been on sale the last two months to get rid of inventory, and have been running Inc commercials on tv the last two weeks.

They are just depleting the stock. Although a great phone (still highly recommended) it has been out almost a year. The INC 2 will replace, not the Tbolt.

It has been out for a while, but I just thought the timing for end of march was "fitting"

Not that I know of. Usually, your first bill is pro-rated and generally a little higher than a normal bill. I've never paid a cell bill upfront on a new contract.

If you're a new customer, they bill you for 2 months on the first bill is my understanding...they all do it. They always bill you in advance then add on additional charges as needed.
