any on here with an old plan trying to renew with thunderbolt?

Hi guys been viewing this nice forum for awhile now and just wondering if any one here with an old plan upgrading to the thunderbolt?

every vz store has been telling me i would be forced to change my plan to there new one.

any one els experience this or have a work around for this?

you have to get a new plan because the TB is a 4g phone meaning you have to pay for the 4g service... funny thing is when i went and setup my new plan, its actually like $6 less a month then it is now with my Droid X. no complaining here
 
I am under the same plan, upgraded this morning, no changes whatsoever since I was already on a data plan.

dont know how old your plan is buy mine is 39.99 for 700 min and they are making me change my plan to the current 39.99 with 450 min.
 
i had no change to my current plan other than my insurance being less for it. i was sure to ask about 4g and they said currently no changes, im hoping this sticks or i get grandfathered in when it switches
 
I'm on the same plan, but I'm saving about 20.00/month by being able to go to Unlimited 4G data for 29.00. I was on the O L D Corporate Email and unlimited data plan that was BS going back to Moto Q9m days.

:eek: 49.99 for data and email?? How old was your plan?
