just a couple of apps that I like and want to share,

1. Hello status bar (instead of reaching up and pulling the status bar down just tap the icon on your homescreen).

2. Tikl ,(Just like nextel walkie talkie)

3.Drippler, (android news)

4.mycast weather lite

5. ring guard (prevents unwanted volume changes)

6. Ring Toggle( quickly set phone to vibrate or silence or ringer)

7. Screen on ( customize, so phone wont sleep while your using specific apps love this app !

Now does Yelp have the Augmented Reality feature that it does on the iPhone? Do you have to shake your phone vigorously to get it to launch?

They call it a monocle(Not sure if thats different though) and it loads super clean and easy. Never any issues loading it. Ive used the iPhone version and it sucks. Seems like it just works on the Droid.

I use Keeper and like it.

Not hooking ya... but I tried Keeper and nothing but problems on my TB. I installed, created a PW, added over 100 contacts, synced then tried to access on my TB... It didn't recognize my password... I fired off an email to the developer, went away for awhile and when I came back to see if I could access Keeper, it was removed from my phone. It simply uninstalled itself.

I then re-installed after some time, was able to enter the NEW installation, went to sync and got an error saying I needed to contact the TS...

After all this hassle, I uninstalled.

I later found D-Folders, installed it, really liked it and eventually bought the Desktop software. I haven't had any problems with D-Folders. Nicely made.

Also, it imported my exported Palm Pilot CSV file without a hitch... smooth as glass. Saved me a ton of work!

Just wanted to offer an alternative to others who might have problems with Keeper.

Hope things are going well with you and Keeper, but it wasn't kind to me.

Also, here is a post I did for D-Folders...

I needed something for streaming video and managed to find TV Shows stream. The different TV shows they have links for (external links) is extensive. At the risk of putting my dorkiness out there, I've found everything from Night Court to The Big Bang theory, CSI, Criminal Minds, oh and I even found Mr. Bean on there (at least I'm not geeky enough to look for Star Trek or any Monty Python, but I am willing to bet that it's out there). There's a lite version which will at least allow you to search your favorite TV shows to see if there are any feeds online. Oh and this site doesn't actually host the video feeds so I hope no one gets all "OMG call teh law, someone is posting an illegal app!!" I actually found it in the Android market. https://market.android.com/details?id=tvshows.kiio.es

Does anyone know of any good apps for the following needs:

1. Sticky notes - I tried Colornotes and wasn't a fan. Anyone use SE notes?
2. Sorry men, but females know of an *ahem* women calendar?
3. A homework app to keep track of assignments and exams?
4. A food journal - I have undiagnosed stomach issues and in order to help narrow down the diagnosis my doctor wants me to keep a food journal, stating what I ate and if my stomach hurt or not. It is hard to always stay on top of this when I'm not home and don't have my laptop with me.

Try these--
1. I use colornotes because i have not found anything else I like better yet.
2. My Days app- a free app that has a color calendar and is easy to use
3. Homework app- free also, i just started using it and so far its bug free and easy to use.

Have you tried Better keyboard or Smart keyboard Pro? If yes, how do these three compare? I am not having any troubles with the stock keyboard but so many options has me wondering (new to Android and HTC).

smart keybrd is spaced alot better much ezier to type on then the stock htc keybrd ..deff think its a must get app for this phone

That's one of those Calendars that remind a woman when she can beat the hell up out of her significant other and chalk it up to "mother nature" right? Last thing a woman needs is to start leaning on her man only to realize that she used THAT excuse 2 weeks ago right? :p

Not sure if this is what she meant... but funny though... ;)

For the OP, here are a couple of suggestions... If I understand her question correctly...

WomanLog Calendar

Menstrual Calendar Premium

Hope this helps,
