Has anyone tried Easy Tether? It says that you do not need to be rooted to use this application for tethering.
Just curious if anyone has tried this. I would, but I still do not have my TB which will arrive FedEx on Monday.
Thanks,
Dennis
They need to get NFL Mobile on here ASAP, if I'd known it didn't work I wouldn't have bought this phone. That's a deal killer for me. My Incredible was just fine...![]()
So the question is what will come first NFL mobile or and end to the lockout ?
Ok, time for another Android Super-Newb question (sorry). I don't find simultaneous ring & vibrate for calls. I am using K-9 for email and that offers the ring & vibe option. Do I need an app to create better ringer profiles? Or, am I missing something in the phone native? If ringer profiles apps - which are best and why?
T.I.A.
I know I am a total neophyte and have much to learn, but I am totally sold on Amazon MP3 and their handy dandy new cloud.
I frequently buy music from them, since they can be surprisingly cheap. Now you get 5GB of cloud storage and all new purchases are stored free. heck they are even upping it to 20GB for a year if you make a purchase. So far, it's been super easy to work as well.
I know some folks might find the idea distasteful, but I am sold on it.
I'm with you guys. Go Launcher is mega-sweet. The tabbed app drawer alone is killer.Very True I was up for Launcher pro all the time and I actually was in the market yesterday and gave go launcher a shot, told myself what the hell? I give other apps a try all the time why not do it for one that almost has 5 stars.
I am love with this launcher, I mean it feels like a whole new os. the swipe effects are smooth as butter. I got Go sms, Go weather(just damn Beautiful) and go launcher ex to all go along.
I might be second one to be hated, lol, but this launcher hands down beats any launcher on market right now. I am paid member of launcher pro bandwagon but I am not going back anytime soon.
Any good barcode reading apps? And by "good" I mean that don't lock up your phone?
Shopsavy has been working great for me. Haven't had it lock up my TB and I went through Safeway pretty much scanning all visible bar codes.Any good barcode reading apps? And by "good" I mean that don't lock up your phone?
we need arrow keys on our keyboards because there's no other way to move back and forth, pointing doesn't work that wellSwiftKey is free on the Amazon Appstore today: Amazon.com: SwiftKey Keyboard: Appstore for Android
I'm trying it out instead of Swype and so far it's pretty decent. Supposedly the learning curve is higher than Swype but has the potential to be faster with it's predictive text/sentence capabilities.

Have you tried Shopper by Google or Shopsavy? Those seem to work nice.

Just downloaded Shopsavvy and it's just what I was looking for. Thanks for the heads up! I'll check out shopper by Google if ShopSavvy ever fails me, but thus far it's worked like a charm and it's good to see the items I have laying around the house with a barcode show the lowest prices where I purchased the items.
Amazon just added Cloud Music to Amazon MP3. Free 5gb of online storage. So far streaming works great, now I can get back about 3.5gb of space on my SD card.
