Wow just wow. Laziness. I loved Liberty 1.5 minus a few bugs but I cant support a ROM that does not even address bugs no matter how little or small they are on future versions. I'd love to have my 5 bucks back and Im not cheap either.

Will wait for ApeX and Team Defuse to cook something up.
 
well he did say in his tweet, that his is modded for his own needs, so we dont know what the stock liberty gb v0.1 will look like
 
Yeah. I have been left wanting a little more from Liberty 2.0. I am hoping that Team Defuse gives us something to play with as I am enjoying GingerBlur but look forward to a GB Rom.

How is a theme choice considered "laziness"?

Liberty supports theming and typically releases with multiple themes. Why is having the option of the stock color scheme so terrible?

binary couldnt have said it better myself, i enjoy the colors of the new moto theme, i think its gorgeous, hell i may develop a theme for it, but i dunno, depending on what themes are made and if any of them are worth it, i may make one for GB
 
as the topic states, its not finished, but is stable, im downloading as we speak, its only accessible through the liberty toolbox donate

another donate only beta? hmmmm... ill wait... not that I dont like liberty but I kinda have issues with this process... just my .02
 
100% understandable, but the donate only version gets to see the rom before its published, and can report bugs and what not ^_^

Donate for a beta? Hmmmmm. I will wait for Apex personally... Love fabs work.... Interested to see what everyone thinks about this rom though. Liberty never got along with my phone...

yeah I was following how it worked with the 2.0/2.0.1 release (was debating using the SBF to go back to test it out, but to be honest I havnt touched liberty since it "took over" my phone that one night... I understand what happened but still, kinda one of those things that puts a bad taste in your mouth)

I wouldn't go as far as calling it "laziness", but Liberty has always been AOSP based, with the AOSP look.....leaving the stock Moto GingerBlur color scheme is not AOSP like. I guess it's not what people were expecting, I know I wasn't, but oh well.

I haven't touched it since then either, even though it didn't affect my phone because on that day, luckily, I was on Fission :D

Personally, I'm waiting for GummyJAR and ApeX.
 
so far its quite fast. my last quadrant score on gb overclockd to 1350 my scores were 2000+ never 2100+ NEVER! so whatever score this gives me, rest assured i will post the screenshots, im still waiting on all the apps to download, so far though im enjoying what im seeing
 
Just wondering what people think about donating to get the beta release of liberty GB?
Personally I'm going to wait and see what apex has in store. I'm still pretty happy with my GB leak :)
 
i donated a while ago, i enjoy their work, and do not mind donating and becoming a tester, people can look at it however they want, but they work hard on what they develop, and i will gladly put respect where it needs to be.... much like steven.

i strive to be like steven
