Slow Boston 4g?

Is anyone else in the Boston, MA aread having trouble accessing their internet with their thunderbolt? I have the 4g symbol at the top. Was on tech support for an hour and a half. They did a help ticket to engineers however that was it. Is anyone else having slow to no loading web pages?
 
I'm in Wellesley and can't get it at all and I usually have a great signal here.

edit: I've been screwing with LTE on/off the past few days, that could be why I'm having issues. Will try a reboot
 
Im in Natick and while it says I'm connected to 4g, I certainly am getting closer to the same speeds as 1x or none at all. I went through four people at tech support. One hour and a half on the phone and all I have for it was we will send a help ticket to the engineers. Very frustrating to once again be without 4g service.
 
I've been getting both 3G an 4G just fine all day in Cambridge. I just loaded a few web pages to double check. I also just did 3 speed tests on 4G as another verifier. I'm getting between 21-26 Mbs down and between 4-5 up. I'm at about 3 bars and deep inside an office building. I hope your issue gets resolved soon!
 
I have slower responses in Boston near Faneuil Hall- also had my weather program show my location as Cancun as soon as I crossed into Cambridge...
 
Must be a tower issue in Natick near the Wayland border. When I left work, on my ride home the 3G worked no problem..when I hit 4G in burlington it was blazing along...however wheb i got to Westford it wouldnt swich back to 3g. which has never happened before. I dont get why I all of a sudden have trouble switching now when. i didnt before.
 
Ok at fenway park 4g wouldn't work. Got onto 93 no 4g 3g or 1x but four bars. Drove north a little 4g came back and worked fine.

Yesterday I had problems on and off. On Monday, however, I had problems nearly all day. And my location was being shown as Botswana! My system time was messed up as well. Showed 6:30pm instead of the correct 12:30pm.

I've noticed that my GPS and location services seem to be complete crap along with the 4G/3G switching. Even after troubleshooting in store and doing a factory reset more than once. I'm starting to think I may have to have mine swapped out along with the battery.
