Hi,
Got an HTC Desire running 2.2 with T-Mobile (UK) as the provider.
Been reading up on rooting the phone using Unrevoked3 but I just can't get this to work.
I've installed the USB driver (HBOOT?) on the phone, updated the driver in device manager: It now shows as "Android Bootloader Interface" in device manager.
I reboot with the phone connected via USB with the phone in "charge only" mode, *no* HTC Sync. USB debugging is enabled.
Now when I run Unrevoked3 it just says "waiting for phone"
I'm also getting an error about an "ADB" driver not being installed. What on earth is "ADB"?
Anyone have any ideas?
Regards
Dave
PS - The url shows the error regarding ADB. Even though one of the messages says the wizard did not complete, it did.
