Root Velocity 1.x Themes

Personally I don't like flashable boot animations. Maybe I'm an admin-freak with my phone, but I like to know what's what and where's where ad naseum.

I agree. Personally, I like doing it manually. I made it flashable so people could use it without hassle, and without worrying about any pushing files or using root explorer or whatever. I have both files up there now, though.

Try the ubuntu font. The font looks so soft and like just so nice to see as you type. Wow I sound so gay. lol but yea thanks for saying the font name for frunisher

Cool I will try that font. Yeah it's strange some fonts are just so nice and easy on the eyes lol.

go to the velocity toolkit and select terminal emulator. when that opens type in velocity. then its all menu driven from there. very east to navigate.

Okay, I have made a couple of UOT's so far, I have a few that are pretty decent I think. I will share one right now. This one is a dark glass sort of look with soft glow on the popups. It uses animated notification bar icons (HTC based it think) similar to the current Thunderbolt theme, but without the 4G indicator and a custom battery indicator. It also uses a really nice animation set called Rudolf. And I replaced the bootani with a simple clean Android OS loading bootani. I am still working on making it so it can be cleanly flashed (properly signed), and if people really like it, I'm pretty sure it can be packaged for VelocityMorph. I guesst that's enough chitter here are the screenshots:

It really only takes about 10 or 15 minutes to create a theme once you get the hang of it though.

Please let me know what you think.
