Root Pandora problems

anyone else having problems with pandora? I can open the app, and get to the menu to select a station. but when I click on the station, it tries to load (wheel spins), and then it backs out to the list.

The only way to fix this is to force stop the app, and reopen it.

It happens several times a day.

try settings-applications-manage applications-all. Then go into into pandora and select "clear data". If that doesn't work, delete it and re-install.

I'm going to leave this here, because you think it's a root issue, maybe?

yeah, i didn't have this problem before all the root/ROM customizations.

Had it on GB, and before on my last Apex build before GB.

The widget has always been hit or miss in terms of response, but this issue with not being able to play started after Root/ROMs

I've had this happen to me and haven't found a remedy for it other than what you described. It was worse a week ago when it would play through the first song and then a few seconds from the end my phone would do a soft reboot. That stopped but this hasn't and it's annoying.

If any of you are using juice defender, turn it off when streaming music,it will cut the data, between songs, forcing you to have to restart pandora after every song.Thats the only issue ive had with pandora.Took me a little while to figure out why it was cutting out between songs, lol.
