Miss SprintCup was running around with one. The Sprint CEO had another. I'm sure there are people tied to Sprint/HTC that have some. Could be that an engineer with a prototype left one in a bar. Oh wait, that was the iPhone4. But you get the idea. Right now they're mostly promo phones.
