I picked up my triumph last night at my local Best Buy (Orlando area). The truck had just arrived and they were still sitting behind the counter. The guy sold it to me no questions asked.
Some things to report:
-XDA modified netflix app DOES work
-Quadrant scores are respectable (1650-1750)
-Camera quality is decent (as can be seen in the pictures above!)
-UI is quite responsive, no "LAG" as others have commented on seeing in the various hands-on videos posted months ago
-Screen is bright and colors are vibrant
-Notification LED is actually behind the earpiece grid.. kind of interesting
-you can remove the SD card without removing the battery (my old Droid 1 required pulling the battery which was a a pain)
-Build quality overall is good. It isn't built like a tank like my old D1, but considering how light it is for its size it is a good trade-off in my opinion
-To boot into recovery hold the volume down button while powering on. This enters a loop of polling for an update (presumably from the SD card??) I way I found to "exit" this mode was to pull the battery.
Overall, I like it a lot. However, the screen is weird... not the look - it looks great, but the feel - as weird as this sounds, my finger doesn't slide across it very easily... never felt this before on any other phone
Just clean your screen. The plastic protector that came on it actually has adhesive on the back and some of it transfers to the screen. Use a good microfiber cloth and buff the screen. All of my most recent devices have had this same "issue" (Asus Transformer, Nook Color and now the Triumph)
