What size SD card is it?

Can you access the Mini SD card via your computer? (aka Does Windows recognize the Mini SD card when it is plugged in to a MiniSD to SD card adapter?)

And also i believe windows reconginizes it but no files or anything are coming up, this is my computers problem though not the card, it does this with any other memory card

Welcome to the forums...

What size is the card? - as in its capacity? (2GB, 4GB?) also what format is it? FAT32? what version of windows are you running? and finally are you using a card reader on your computer or are you trying to read the card through the phone? :)

Hopefully I can help...

The original card was sixteen gb and this brand new one is two. Idk the format, and I'm running on windows XP. I put tyrhe micro in an adapter and the adapter into the computer.

Mount your SD card in windows, open my computer and right click the SD card, check where it says File System and tell us what it says, it needs to say FAT32, if it does I would try a differant SD card, and if that second one doesnt work I would think its a hardware problem with the SD card reader in the phone, and will need to be repaired by LG.
