Help first timer here

I was wondering if I could get some help regarding calls I make. When scrolling to find a number to call, it sometimes connects to an unwanted caller. Is there a way to change to a preview (person) before it automatically calls? Thank you in advance for any help!

It would really help to know which phone you had and what Android version. The contacts list and dialers are just different enough to make that important.

I can recommend "Call Confirm" free from the market. If you press on a contact, either accidently or on purpose, it pops up a little notification (with photo) to ask if you really want to call this number. It stops you accidently calling while the phone is in your pocket or a bag.

Yep, that is the one you need, this is a must have for me, when I first got my dinc2, I was also a misdialing fool! This is something I find that should be a standard feature of sense that you could turn on and off.
Out of all my friends I, certainly don't want to talk to any of them. LoL.
