Two questions about TapFish

Btw, the hammer head(high level) is still on sale for 24000 and sells for 38000 plus 7600 happy bonus. That's the best profit fish available.

Honestly? I didn't know. I was at work and it announced a new fish. So I automatically checked limited time collectors fish instead of deep sea. But yeah I got it to work too later last night.

Pink skunk clown fish is best profit at 650,000 per fish per five days. Unless you're thinking percentage. At which point, banded butterfly fish is 100% profit before happiness bonus.
 
One of the things I noticed while breeding all the new fish combinations is that when you move a fish from a breeding tank into a real tank, it doesn't automatically close down the breeding screen. So if you have 15 tanks active at once, you don't have to go back into the breeding menus after you send each fish to the tank, which is nice

Also, and I think this was in the previous version upgrade, but I like how the neighbors list is now completely alphabetized. Because I used to basically have two lists for whatever reason.
 
Yeah that part is great. But it also causes lag issues that weren't there before. I used to mass produce breed with fifteen tanks. Like put one fish in every tank then go back dropping the second fish in. The chore became reopening the breeding tanks every time but I at least got all 15 in there.
 
Okay--the blue-spot jawfish? I got platform blur again and would have missed buying it if you hadn't pointed it out.

Breed it with the eagle ray and it is really wild looking.
 
The breeds are pretty ugly. With the exception of a few. Most eagle ray breeds are nice anyway so I can't count that as a plus for the blue spotted jawfish.

You are right but not everyone can afford a $ 2.5 million fish!

:DI think the breeds--seeing what you get--are the fun part.

But yeah--some of them will set the dogs to barking.
 
Takes a little saving, and whatnot but one is really all you need. A full tank of hammerhead cover it I think. Once you sell a tankfull just drop a pink in there and maybe green snappers for XP lol
 
I've actually managed to get enough for two of the ugly $2.5m fish. I get at least two of everything - one for show and one to sell.
 
Hey, I found this site/forum earlier today and was glad to find a small community of TapFish "buddies" to talk strategy/ask questions/comments, etc. with. I already added a bunch of you, so I'm sorry if you get a confirmation or whatever they send you from a player named ObeeWan. For some reason when I checked my player name, it says I'm "[FONT=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]play131337170058983"[/FONT] so I added my real player name and the tanks are completely the same, except for a few delayed changes from earlier in the day. Weird! I contacted Gameview, so I'm waiting for a response. I hope someone didn't take my account or something...
 
Welcome Obee. Every now and then, I talk money. It's the accountant in me. I try to post as little pictures as possible but sometimes it can't be helped. My name on Tapfish is either AntarRSB or MindBenda84 hopefully the latter. 22 tanks is way better than 45 or however many I had that was mostly electric eels.

That's funny. I had a dead tank today for not checking within two days. Food bricks are so useless. Anyway I went to tapross tanks. Anywho jackpot fish...no idea what it means but I bought all six so far.

As far as I can tell they're little more than novelty. Expensive novelty. 18 bucks per star, but that's ok cause they're also algea eaters the fish you see below however, are 72 bucks a pop.

I think the gouramis are a mistake--it said they were available through jackpot spin, but we don't have the jackpot spin on Android yet.

They are one of the "limited breedables" in Tapfish2. You can only breed them with their specific partner, but you get a variety of offspring from the two fish rather than just one.

I got one last time as the jackpot spin, and was hoping to get one this week, but got a football instead. A football. Really? That goes well in so many underwater scenarios...

I bought the golden gourami in a fit of platform blur, then ran to breed him and...ooops!

But he is not in the Tapfish2 fish store, which is where he belongs, so I really think it is a mistake.

The starfish are neat. I use them for algae eaters in tanks where I am not farming the stock. There is a trohy for the. On the other platform, but it is just for buying all four of them and the coin one is like 5 million coins, so good luck with that idea ;p
 
I'm not seeing your name in my neighbors list. I looked at some of the player#### tanks but did not see jackpot.

wow........the new breedable goldfish is only 14 coin and 9 hours to grow. Good xp fish for someone who doesn't have time to buy and sell 4 times a day!
 
yeah Mindbenda, I just manually added 'Mindbenda84' and it shows the same tanks as 'antarsrsb' so I don't know whats up with that

I've bred all the goldfish, they seem ok

And I'm glad I got the jackpot spin fish in case they remove them if releasing them was a mistake!
 
Okay, I'm getting really confused. What is Jackpot spinner? Yes, I see that it says Golden Gourami is available through Jackpot spinner but y'all are saying JS doesn't exist on Android, correct?

I was also going to ask you where you got your starfish but now I see them in the algae eater section. And they are also saying they are available through JS.
 
That's pretty lame. I spent a lot of time on themed including color tanks that only I can see?

Like getting 90+% using only one color decoration for instance. Guess I'll just take pictures of all 23 tanks upload them and put the album link in my sign or something.
 
It updated last night and we got Jackpot spin now.:D

(Wish we had gotten limited breedables and Mystery Tanks first, but maybe they will come next.)

Every 24 hours you can hit a "claim" button. You always get something from clicking it, like a few XP or coins. I think I got a fishbuck once. The fifth time you hit "spin" instead of "claim" and you can win better things (or not, as I found out), like a fish. If the fish says it is available through jackpot, and you are patient, you can wait and eventually get it througn a spin.

Just something they added to keep it interesting, I think.
