Im using dsixda Android Kitchen with Cygwin tools for windows and I have everything setup, and my problem is I want to create a rom from the nandroid backup that I have for stock 2.2.1 and add a2sd support and delete the metro splash image and sound, which you can do in the kitchen. It is saying for the required files I need in the Original_update folder for the rom it need to have boot.img, system.img and the lib.img. That is the part Im having trouble with the nandroid part. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it or at least point me in the right direction. I have been looking everywhere between xda and here and there is nothing posted. Didn't want to create a new thread but, had to.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you know any other method for cooking up a custom rom? The whole android kitchen thing is kinda starting to annoy me. lol. Been trying to do more searching and I did come across Clockworkmod but, its not available for the Optimus M. Not having any luck so far.
