we are too in DE, calling for 24"+

We have nearly 10 inches already here in Columbus. Supposed to have 14 by morning. I grew up in NE Ohio and still have Browns tickets. I don't miss the lake effect.

You smellin' what I'm smellin?
Yeah.. it's that old, musty multi-account odor.

Then I suggest that you look closer to home for the source. You both owe danielevans83 an apology.![]()

He has mine but I think he doesn't want it.
I uninstalled Advanced Task Killer last night just to see what would happen to my battery life. My battery life increased by about 1%. As uninstalling it probably won't increase battery life, it has certainly saved me from wasting my time every 2 hours using Advanced Task Killer. I know now how to properly exit out of Apps except for some. Just my experience.
Between that and the opposite opinions of ATK being related in here, I'm getting quite certain that it's one of those applications that some will never have a use for and others might find useful.
One guy posted that it will be included in 2.1. I find that very interesting.
, there is a process killer preloaded in the buildhavent gotten much yet up in the northeastern part of ohio.. crazy me is going to ny for a ski trip tomorrow.. I'll be taking my eris of course.. with ATK loaded.we are getting pounded in ohio........damn lake effect![]()
coming from a vogue running 2.1, there is a process killer preloaded in the build
Not an actual configurable app?

lol.. why would he want an apology for this silly exchange here?
Im sorry but we are not here to troll. We are here to explain WHY the Eris lags so much and provide a reasonable solution to alter this.
Im sorry but I have to say it again, and this is a FACT, the Eris LAGS more than normal once it reaches around 30mb of memory. There is no denying this. I have owned an Eris since it was released and two of my friends each have one. They are all the same with the same lag.
All of us found that task killer apps DO resolve the lag created by lack of memory. The solution was simple. Dont let your eris reach = or > 30mb. With task killer apps running we dont have to worry about our apps that we use not having enough memory to run smoothly and we dont have to worry about manually closing apps all the time.
I dont know why ~30mb is the "magic number" it just IS.
Task killer apps are a win-win situation. I have not noticed any significant battery life drain due to running task killer apps.
I guess slug didn't think it silly. He gave me an infraction for the door comment.
Not funny.
