Root MIUI port questions

Yeah, I just had to fix this. It was driving me nuts. I'm not exactly sure I got all of it either.

...but for those who tried out the X6 version, you'd would be disappointed with the performance of my port with only 256MB available. Everything was so sluggish and nasty. Now that it's back, it's much smoother and on par with before. :)

have you confirmed that you got all the ram.

I swear i'm developing a problem..... i've been refreshing this thread all day hoping for "The Moment"...... I'm gonna have to go to "Android-ers Anonymous" for my addiction to the development progress of MIUI. This is way too exciting for me to handle..... Thanks again Isaacj87!

Lol i thought i was the only one :p

Trust me, you're really going to like this :) :) :)

I promised good things and I meant this. Just a little more time!

I hope you realize I'm almost bald now I've been pulling my hair out waiting since you first mentioned you had a surprise... I can't afford a Toup

Let me ruin the surprise. What's something that isn't working on the MIUI-X6 port and another part of it Tickerguy just fixed in CM7? Hmm? Well, whatever it is, both parts are working in MIUI as well (more or less).

Believe it or not, I suggested adding a prop perm to init about a week ago to TG and that was ALL that was needed to get it working in MIUI! I've been sitting on the fix for so long now. *sigh*

lmao, I love this thread. dude, that is slick. haha, I'm glad u did sit on that for a bit, it is a pleasant surprise. front cam ftw!

It's official, my hair is going bye bye not because the surprise dug at me but because my lack of patience waiting for this rom to be released is just too much to bear

are any of the other cm7 fixes working like gps for example

Yeah, GPS is working.

Any estimated eta on a beta rom? Cause I'm about to die of waiting

BAAAAAD Question, sorry dude but that's on the list of "forum faux pas" please don't ask for ETA's this is a question even the Developer can't necessarily answer there are too many factors.

Its obvious isn't it? Isaac wants this thread to have more views from us refreshing the page so often, than any other thread on AF. Only THEN will he release it (or tell us he was just joking about it the whole time). Keep refreshing boys! :)

Going to check the thread this morning and guess what my computer said:

Error: no partitions found
Grub rescue>

Damn. Killed my mbr.
