Unfortunately, you're all contradicting each other so it gets muddy, but hilarious.

Again, it's subject to change, but from what I know it won't.

Please, hang in there people. You will be very satisfied with this phone. I, as well as 6 other guys I work with, are buying this phone at an unsubsidized price (no, I don't get a discount on hardware, only plan).

We've had our hands on it, and it's a total beast.

You probably can't answer this, but any word on when we will hear something official? Before the 27th?

so you think the rest of the carriers who already have the SGSII are going to get the BGR phone and we will get the GSM Arena one? I would think it would be the opposite seeing that the BGR spec'd phone is the SGSII's brother.

If there is only one nexus for everyone I will go with the GSM Arena spec if there are two I unfortunately think we will be getting the short end of the stick and get the BGR phone. Its a step up from the Charge and similiar to the SGSII. That's my take.....

He said it, we are close guys! So VZW will be getting pure android and 1.5 omap. The device will he as shown in the teaser vid from a few says ago. Sound right?

i'm going against my better judgment, and i'm gonna set myself up for disappointment: VZW is getting a pure, vanilla Nexus with the GSMArena specs. c'mon baby!!!!!!!!

Yes, I believe we're close too, but VZ unfortunately doesn't tell us WHICH posts are correct!

The way the screens look when he is deciding to put a widget on it reminds me of TouchWiz 4. Could it be an overlay or a few TouchWiz parts added. Just saying. Could this be the Verizon one and the actual Nexus Phone will be a little different. Also, you know Verizon is somewhat hipped to OMAP. If it does have one, then maybe Verizon's is OMAP and the Google original is Exynos 1.5ghz. Remember the conflicting stories of GSM & BGR.

i was mainly complimenting him on his analysis and logic - it makes as much sense as anyone else's. you make sound points, too. i'm just decidedly unsure...

my heart (and other areas that tingle) tells me to hope for the GSMArena specs. but, my head tells me that VZW is gonna get a device with an OMAP processor, which most likely means the BGR specs.

I just hope that for once VZW doesn't let us down and we get a better phone or at least a prime on par with the global version
 
Announcement and release dates are not 10/27. I say an announcement in a week or two and released on 11/3

Now that makes sense even though its not what I would like to see happen. Hopefully its one device w/ Arena specs and the obvious different radios.
