Root [ROM]Liquid GB 3.0!

been using the old faithful Apex RC3 for a while now and getting the urge to wipe myself. Guess this will be getting loaded in the morning while watching Formula 1 qualifying. Thanks for the heads up.

Looks like it's based off of cyan7 2nd init, because it comes with theme chooser and it has a cyan theme in it.

Comes with Launcher Pro standard.. unlocking my LPP with code, now. Haven't used it in awhile.

I've forgotten how much I like LPP widgets.

Rom is smooth... very smooth.

I hope you don't need the camera. It doesn't zoom in without force closing.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. This is just a themed CM7, but I don't see any thanks given to cm7. Huh.

This seemed to me to be a rehash of cm7 for gb with no credit given to cm7 devs, so I dumped it.
 
Running this as my 4th ROM now... have Miui as my primary with ICX, SSM and this in my ROM slots in Boot Manager. This is super smooth and runs great... even off the sdcard through boot manager. Impressed. They need to credit CM for the base... but still fantastic mods and the Liquid settings are very polished. Not leaving miui for it... but it is definetly gonna stay on my Boot manager to play with.

He does recognize them in one of the screen shots but it is pretty discreet.

What do you all do about the camera freezing all the time?
 
Love 2.6. Hope they can get the camera working on this version. Anybody using 3.0? How's the battery? Wifi tether app still working?
 
Anybody know how to enable swype? I have it installed and enabled, but can't choose it as my keyboard.
 
Any real benefits over 2.6? I'm being lazy about setting my phone all up again lol. But I do have an issue with 2.6 buzzing every time I answer a call even though I have it set not to vibrate on answer.
 
You had your phone on in the airplane?

PS: It's a variant of cm7. Of course the battery is sub-blur. If you want good battery, I recommend blur stock, rooted or non and I recommend ApeX 2.0.0 RC4

Really? You don't know what airplane mode is? Its when the radio is turned off completely. Also, I wasn't using it at all in those three hours, so no screen drain. That's beyond sub-par, that's horrible. But i've also read posts that say it gets better. If it still sucks this weekend, I'll go back to stock and rooted.
 
I wonder if this rom was built off Rev's 10/1 gb build. Seems that one had the same problem of bad battery life and jacked camera. Wish a dev would chime in on some info. Is love to flash this but i'm starting on 2.6 till its fixed.
 
Going back to stock rooted. I can't handle 5-hour battery life with no use. I prefer my all-day battery life with moderate use.
 
I had problems with battery life to at first but it seems to get a little better with time......I charged the battery to 100% them wiped battery stats.....that helped a little........then i down loaded android overclock and set that up after trial and error i can get 12hrs out of a battery easy with no proformance compomise.....running around 2000 to 2200 quadrant score.....love this rom....super smooth
 
So I bricked my Miui 1.10.7 install (tried to install a battery mod .zip which sent me right into a bootloop) and decided that since I was SBFing anyway, I may as well try this out. I love Miui but I was starting to get that familiar itch to try out a new ROM.

I really like it, it's very smooth and I forgot how much I like Launcher Pro. Battery seems okay at this point but I haven't put it through too much yet.

I'm giving it a full charge right now and I'll report back on it.
