Help Problem with RootExplorer

Hi there. I've been trying to upgreat my X8 from 2.1 to 2.3.5 for 2 days now.
I've rooted the phone succesfully using oneclick 2.1(iliadelo), isntalled the rootexplorer-mini-0.1-beta gave it permnision by superuser BUT when i'm trying to coppy the 3 needed Xrecovery filles it just doesnt work.
For example if i try to move (not copy the files) to system bin it just deletes them, or astro doesnt show them but still the Xrecoverry is NOT installed.
What shold i do?

just before you paste look for the <Mount R/W> button on your Root Explorer app. You have to hit that button b4 you paste.

that's not the problem.. I've done that the problem is that the RootExplorer does not coppy... for example if i select move it just deletes the files it is like copping and delleting the same time
