Root Flashing a different kernel question

I have the Myn's Warm TwoPointTwo Rom and the netarchy toast mod kernel. If I were to flash a new kernel, would I need to delete the old kernel after I flash the new one? I just want to be sure I don't mess anything up

Negative, just keep the old kernel on your card for a bit in case you need/want to revert back to it. Flashing a new kernel will basically just uninstall your old one and reinstall the new. Give the new kernel time to settle, then delete the old one if/when you see fit.

just make sure that if you stay on myn's then you need to flash a froyo kernel. do not try a gingerbread sense kernel. and like everybody said when you flash a kernel, it just gets replaced. no need to delete anything.
