My issue started about 9 months after owning the EVO, at first I could power my phone off and it would correct itself but only for a few days. After going through tech support and visiting our local retailer, sprint sent me a new phone well refurb the new phone did the same thing but within two days, called them again after another 4 hours on the phone and threatening to change carriers they sent me another refurb, same thing after day 5, long story short I received my third refurb a week ago and woke up today to my clock saying 5:49 pm when in fact it was 8:49 am. They said after 3 refurbs they can send a new phone, but I don't have the energy to spend yet another 4 hours on the phone and after reading here it sounds like it would still have the same issue. This is so frustrating
