Hello Hero's!

I'm new to Sprint Hero and was looking for ways to enhance the features and found this forum. I reviewed some of the topics that were being discussed and found that I have the same topics and or questions.

My first question is how do I download to the telephone? I want to download different ringtones/alarms & sms notification alarms. Can anyone help me?

I also want to know is there a way to send messages and attach more than one photo?
