Pretty safe bet, I think. I'm hoping to hear some news about a release date next week. :(
 
I remember the good ol' days when everyone believed the Nexus would be coming out tomorrow....then the good ol' days begin to make me sad.

I would be OK with that, if the quiet release was, oh I don't know........ TOMORROW!! Or anytime on or before 11/17! :D

Thanks. We'll live. I keep repeating to myself, "first world problems, first world problems..." I have a generator running the oil heat and the freezer and a couple lights. Four kids under 11 are hard to entertain (or at least keep from killing each other) this long though. At least the school opens tomorrow.

Wet winter clothes, no running water, light in only two rooms... Fun!
 
Between Gnex and MW3, this is going to be an exciting November. Now if only the NBA would get it's stuff together *rolls eyes*

Won't be secret for long once one of us sees it though.

And a pm would be appreciated as I get notified of them via email and email is the first thing I check in the morning. :p

I may have to adjust my morning ritual to include checking the VZW website before my feet hit the floor.:D
 
I just bought a shiny new case for my OG Droid and I'm planning on a factory wipe this weekend and ROM. If this doesn't happen soon that should hold me over until there are more ICS phones on the horizon.

I got my upgrade offer back on July 4th. At that time I was set on the bionic but as each rumored ship date was missed and I got increasingly sick of no hard info when the bionic finally did hit I was so annoyed with Motorola I said forget it I'll wait and get the (as it was called then) Nexus Prime.

Remember a month ago when they announced that the "nexus is coming and sooner than we think" I and everyone else here thought it would be tomorrow. So sooner would have been last week.

At this point the battery in my OG Droid is so fried I it drops by 1/2 sitting idle for 10 hours. Rather than buy a battery I'd like to buy a phone and I literally can't wait any longer. I'm gonna take a look at the HTC rezound now. Forget the razor as it's a Motorola product.

Actually my contract is up next week so maybe I should think about taking a look at Sprint now. All these phones are gonna have ICS and they actually do have expandable storage. The only truly unique feature the nexus has is the NFC chip and mainstream use of that thing is still years away.
