Help Wont change to arrow keyboard from android

Hi, even though I installed the arrow keyboard and checked in on the settings, when I go to input text, it still reverts to the android keyboard.

You need to choose an impute language as well as set the imput method. This is what I have to do to change to the hackers keyboard whenever I need to run some commands through the terminal emulator.
