Probably read some select rumors that have spread online and that's that. He probably hasn't been keeping up with the rumor mill as it churns.

Lewistown = 1 reseller
Radio Shack = 1
Best Buy/Best Buy Mobile State College (1 store each)

My feelings exactly, i too got excited about bionic (short lived after the atrix debut) then came the GSII and i waited and hoped from july-september...well we know how that went over on us with vzn.

My of Droid is a real trooper, if it only had more ram it wouldnt be so hard. I'm glad the nexus is gonna be released next week, I'm still debating getting it next day's or store pickup

feel your pain, I started with the Droid 3 then waited for the GSII forever only to find its not released on VZW...I can not wait to rid my self of my Blackberry. I think the GN will be worth the wait though.
 
So I called Verizon and I have an upgrade now, an upgrade in January and an upgrade in March. Dang, my wife is going to want a Nexus in January.

You do have to be careful, but one dead give away is the functioning phones. ONLY corporate stores have them. If they are dummy phones, then it's not a corporate store.

Many times you'll see Verizon Wireless in big letters, followed by reseller wireless in very small letters. .

32gb. No brainer. Although I currently only use about 8gb on my OG, doesn't mean I don't want the option of a bigger HD.

Go big or go home!

I feel it would be an utter disservice to my company if I go to work on Monday. I would be thinking about nothing except leaving and immediately going to the Verizon store. Therefore, I think it is in my company's best interest if I just take off on Monday. I always try to do what is best for the company, and place my own wants and needs second.

If you buy it in the store don't let them touch it, or you'll get the typical Verizon sales guy deal...

"Oh yea bro let me just install this task killer app real quick, and you'll DEFINITELY need all the Verizon apps, etc........"

I'm going into a store to hold it and play with it before I buy, and debating whether to order online or just buy it in the store after that. I liked ordering it with the Incredible because I got to be the first one unboxing it and setting it up. If I buy in store I may tell them to just give me the box and I'll handle it. Most of those guys are morons in the stores, can't trust them.

Okay...I've been extremely busy today and have not been able to check in. Seeing a bunch of new folks (welcome) and lots of attention being paid to Monday. I'm cashing in my "what did I miss card". I've dug through several pages, but failed to find the "money post". Anyone feel like giving a recap?
