Sorry if my post confused anyone. We already heard back from Steven's source. I should know better than to make mistakes on a roller coaster like today.

On another note, don't get sad people! Remember just a few days ago the title said something like 12/18? Then it changed to 11/21. Now its up to 12/8. But the good news is there's an overall downward trend here :D
 
I posted this earlier today, just being funny (when 11/21 looked pretty solid), and now it just looks like I am PSYCHIC.

Sorry guys, it really SUCKS that you are being yanked around like this. I can say that after pulling the ReZound out of its dock this morning at 6AM, doing txting, web, email and phone calls all day long, I went 11 hours of almost non-stop use before my battery got under 10%.

Note - We have no 4G where I live and I DID switch the phone to CDMA only since we have no 4G here, but that is still tremendous battery life for 1620 MaH.

They can release the Nexus tomorrow, Monday, or New Years Eve, doesnt matter to me cause I am KEEPIN MY BEATS........

I am stayin in this thread though, and I hope you guys get some decent treatment from Big Red at some point..................................:confused:
 
I will not be defeated, I will be able to out wait this giant corperation.I have the patience of a saint,because this is the phone that I really want to own. Whatever date they decide to sell it,I will be there money in hand.Once that phone is mine all this anxiety will be in the past,forgotten.This phone will be enjoyed by all of us who have patience. STAND STRONG!

Might sound crazy but not everyone wants to drop $300 on a phone and doesnt need lates and greatest.

Will probably be $150 or cheaper with sale and to average user it will be plenty fast.

My mom just bought first smartphone and didn't want to spend $300. She spent $30 and got stratosphere. Full qwerty keyboard and 4g was enough.

He has been right during the 5 minutes before VZW changed their mind again. This BTW is the reason that they are not transparent... b/c then everybody would know just how half-assed the company is run.

yeah I just sent my rezound back today after only having it one day, I didn`t like it it was lagging, I turned off the sound for weather effects and still would play after multiple reboots, the screen was nice but that was about it and it, there was few other quirks.

It honestly does sound crazy. It costs the same thing every month for an okay phone or a great phone. If you average that $150 difference over 24 months... it is really very little extra. And honestly... if you can afford $60 a month for a phone... you can't afford another $150 up front?

Good to know, I was really impressed with the resound today in store, that makes it less likely that I'll rent one.

Beats is a gimmick! A GIMMICK I SAY!!!! A marketing ploy for fools.



Seriously though, I doubt many people bought the phone solely for Beats. I'm glad you like the Rezound and the news on battery life is awesome, I am seriously considering that phone. I want to be able to see them both in person before I commit.
 
I see how verizon gets hurt with the delays..My phone bill went from $250 a month to $120. Because i dont have a data plan on my LG DARE and the other phones.
YUp, listen Big Red. your losing $130 a month from me until i get my Nexus uprades from big Red or end up moving back to ATT.. I did have 4 smartphones..
 
Off topic, but I had had the Razr and the Rezound and they both have their pros and cons. Most surprisingly was the Rezound had better battery life, but I prefer the Razr's screen over the rezound. I expected quite the opposite would be the case.

Yeah, my mom was looking for a phone, and I told her about the GNex and the Razr. She wound up getting a DX2 because VZW gave it to her for free with a 2 year renewal on her contract.

At least I successfully steered her towards an Android phone.

The lag was probably more due to Sense (and other bloat) than anything else.
