Root HELP I need to unroot LG Ally and go back to bone stock ASAP!!!!

HELP I need to unroot and go back to bone stock ASAP!!!!

I asked for a warranty replacement phone and it is here, and I stupidly did not return my phone back to stock before I called Tech Support. Now everything I try doesn't work!!!

I have 2 days!

Help please!!!
 
I was finally able to flash a stock unrooted Froyo 2.2.1 rom to my ally since my posting. Now I need to find a simple way to flash the stock recovery to my ally, hopefully without rerooting.
 
Use the guide I posted. It will put stock recovery back on as well as stock unrooted Android 2.1, which you can update to 2.2

I'm now 100% bone stock and up to date (Froyo 2.2.2).

Now I have no need to fear sending it back to Big Red.
 
So after I followed the v6 restore guide I tired to boot into recovery by holding the call, end call and menu button but all I get is the little android guy with an exclamation point.......did i do something wrong here? Im pretty sure i still need to get a stock recovery img before I bring my ally back to verizon for a replacement.

That is stock recovery.
