You've been reminded three(3) times that non-volatile memory can fail, so now you prefer to store your data internally where it's non-replaceable and non-recoverable. Not to be rude, but many people would learn a different lesson from that experience! :eek:

The kids are growing up. My daughter will be 23 and my son will be 18. Big difference. My kids are big time wiseguys. (I don't know where they got that from;)) During the meal, my 17 year old begins with all that he's thankful for. (shock).

I expressed thanks for my wife of 32 years (still amazingly more beautiful than women our age and younger.. I told her that.).

I had certainly planned to... however, Darling Bride is sending me in to fight the hordes over a few things she wants for gifts.

Time for hubby to do the dirty work again :rolleyes:

i am :cool: a buddy of mine has been in line at best buy sine 5pm yesterday(hes first in line), so this morning i took them some doughnuts and coffee and gave him the cash to pick up an item i wanted so i dont have to wait :cool:
 
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I'm going to ttry and resist viewing this thread today, as I am excited to spend the day with family. However I will have my Droid X with me at all times so ill probably bbe in the app frequently ... lol :D

My question of the day: with no sd card slot on the gnex, how will I make tthe ttransaction to it from my DX? Photos and such can be loaded from computer, but what aabout apps and their data. My password keeper most specifically. It seems to me it may be a major pain in the but compared to my previous upgrade, where I simply swapped out the SD card. :(

Any thoughts? :confused:

Now we know why there is no Galaxy Nexus in the US.

These current adds for the S II indicate to me that the delay is being forced by Samsung and not Verizon.

They have inverntory to sell and an add campaign to help liquidate it.

I'm not sure how that makes a lot of sense, given there is no GSII on Verizon so the Nexus on VZW can't cannibalize the GSII sales anyway.

I've never had internal memory fail on me. It's still chugging on my Samsung omnia.

That's actually a really good question that I hadn't considered... I think I'm going to end up using Dropbox to make the transfer.
