Although I like Prime better than Galaxy, the important thing is that it looks like we may get our hands on this beauty this week!

One way to look at it is Best buy is obviously getting it ready to launch in their online store and retail locations, which ultimately means it is coming soon.

On the flip side it means that BB will be carrying it but like the listing says, anytime from 11/27-12/31 which means "before the end of the year" like VZW already told us.

I personally think if it was going to be two+ weeks out, like say a mid december launch, then we wouldnt be able to search and find the listing with all the details (except a purchase date)
 
The Best Buy leak makes me have flashbacks to the ThunderBolt release fiasco all over again...oh no...I'm living through ThunderBolt Release vol. 2!!!
 
Best Buy had a similar screw up when the BlackBerry Storm released at about this time in '08. That was a highly anticipated launch, and I recall it showed up in Best Buy circulars a week or so prematurely. People were getting pretty indignant about it, at least according to their forum posts on Crackberry, but all the store reps could do was shrug their shoulders and say, "I got nothing!"

True, just as long as the thread doesn't get locked first.

As much as I'd like to see us hit 1,000 pages/50,000 posts, it wouldn't upset me if we started getting phones today and the thread was locked before we hit that milestone.
 
I have an MHL cable and a USB OTG adapter just sitting here, taunting me. "Neh neh neh neh... neh neh, none of your devices work with us!"

Agreed entirely! As sweet as breaking the 50k barrier would be here, I will take a release prior to hitting 50k any day!
 
I'm for sure going to best buy tomorrow and asking when they plan on having it...I know it wont get me anywhere(most likely) but the store is less than 5 min from my house
 
Quick question.

Will it have an option to capture 720p video at 60fps?

This may seem like a simple question but nothing about this phone, or launch, has been simple.

Safe to say this is looking good for this week then? First the advertisement for Verizon holiday deals now BB site going live. It's all coming together.

Though the difference in names and pricing between the two raises an eyebrow. At least it's something.

So you really think you're going to show up at BB tomorrow and you're going to be able to buy it without VZW having said a word about it?

I don't think tomorrow(y would they release on Sunday) but Im sort of maybe kind of possibly thinking this upcoming week...maybe
