oh there are evil faeries in the some of the woods though... and a ghost dog... and there really was a crazy dad in a custody battle who showed up and tried to kidnap his kid and threatened a friend of mine about 10 years ago. Oh and there was also this one time that a bank robber was spotted near camp and we had to be on 'night watch'... but other than that, camp is about as safe as school.
no really, think about how insane some public school threats are in the last 20 years

Hey guys, I've been lurking this thread for almost two months now so I figured it was time to contribute since this thread provides me with much needed distractions from my studies. I just got a case for my G-Nex in the mail a few days ago. I like the size of the phone (or should I say case?), however I definitely think that this is the upper size limit for me. Any bigger than this and I would be uninterested. My Droid X barely fits in the front pocket of my scrubs as it is, though it still fits snugly in my jeans. Anyhoo, less than a week to go (fingers crossed)!

I'm not sure why everyone is so hung up with the 8th vs. week of the 12th release dates and what P3 said vs. what PP said. Although the 8th seems to be the rumor with the most backing, they are all just rumors. Don't take any of these dates as anything official. When I see comments like "so it's not the 8th anymore" or "now it's the week of the 12th", it puzzles me. Remember, Verizon has the final say and nothing is official unless they say so. I'll say it again, Verizon said they will release the phone later this year, meaning by 12/31. Hold onto that date and if it releases anytime earlier, you'll be happy.
 
Anyone with a Droid X2 (like me) can see that the Nexus is not all that much larger. I measured about 3/16" in width and 7/16" in height in Photoshop. This picture shows the Droid X sitting on top of the SGN with a red, 1-pixel outline to distinguish one phone from the other.
