Can I just flash this over 2.2? Or do I need to wipe anything?

It has been my experience that the full installers for CTMod do a wipe themselves. No need to do a reset seperately

I was wondering how i can make my search softkey work again. I installed google search and all that but when on the home screen and i press it al i get is the haptic feedback and that's it. I would like it to pop up the search like it normally does. thanks in advance.

pull GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk out of the app zip in the first post and move it to /system/app then reboot and your button will work

I backed up and downloaded it today at lunch and then installed it while I ate. Restored the minimum and used it the rest of day for work. I think lookout has been draining my battery. Gonna run without it and see what happens.

the only reason you'd bootloop is if your not on gingerbread. go to the odin thread and odin to gingerbread, rooted, cwm then flash the rom

Most will work, if any give you errors when they load try restoring the app only or wiping the data for that particular app with TB.

Has anyone run Voodoo CIQ detector? I'm getting a score of 270 "elements of CIQ detected but appear to be inactive". I guess they are getting 100 or less with cm7...
