Everyone has a right to their opinion and a right to express it here, within the site rules for language, as often and as loudly as they like.

No one has the right to attack each other instead of the issue - which in this case, is generally, when is it coming, who do you trust, and can a mod please apply electroshock therapy at maximum voltage to people who spoof others' accounts.

No need to get cross-threaded today with the same folks you'll want to share the love and excitement with, before you know it, when everyone is holding their Nexii and wondering what nice gift is best to secret Santa me your favorite pal.

Had to call Verizon today for something with my wife's line so I figured I would ask the CSR if he had any information on the Nexus. He was really nice and said "if you are following closely, you probably know more than I do." He said they are kept in the dark for the reason that they have 900 people in his call center alone and if one person slips up a day and says something, it snowballs pretty quick.

He also said that they sign a confidentiality contract, which I find interesting, especially if other CSRs are so open with their information. He said he has been there a while and when the *ugh* iPhone was released, he actually learned that they were starting to sell it the next day while watching 60 Minutes the night before.

I'm not paying the overages anyways, right? :)

That's not necessarily the case, many corporate owned accounts still have unlimited data.

We just activated 2 more lines on our corporate owned account with unlimited 4g data.

Our employee liable accounts no longer have unlimited if activated after 7/7. But we still get to keep our 25% discount.
 
Just wanted to share my 2 cents. The rest that I have been talking to has told me that the phone is coming in on friday. I just called the store and got a hold of another rap and they told me the same thing. I asked them if it was official and he said he thinks it is pretty is the show and it is not from internet rumors. My guess is that they are getting their sources from somewhere from either a district manager or excetera. He said he's almost sure it's either going to be this friday or sometime this weekend. Is the english is messed up sorry and I'm driving

GOOD DAY!! I just got my GNex case in the mail, and it looks like i will have something to put in it by the end of the week. Here's hoping for a press release tonight/tomorrow. Now that the cat is out of the bag with those official packaging pics posted, they can't use their "we have no information on that device" line any more. Come on VZ, we all know it's real, we all know it's in stores, just tell us if we can buy it Thursday or Friday!!

Certainly a possibility. Did we get confirmation that it was VZW who was responsible for Sammy pulling the demo unit off the showroom floor? I was basically skimming at work today, perhaps I missed that part.
 
I should be getting my Nexus case from UPS any time now, when it arrives i'll throw some pics up so you can decide if it's something you would want.
 
A pic of my droid2 sitting inside a gnex case. Somehow I imaged the gnex would be a whole lot larger with the screen being so monstrous.
