A couple of notes...

1) I still believe Friday as well
2) T-minus 50 minutes until The Chiefs announcement... :)

Does Verizon actually think that 4G is going to be out until Friday? Maybe I guess and they are hedging themselves just in case. The Equipment Guide stating the release really was a real notable leak. I think they yanked the date because they knew it was going to get leaked, but not the exent that it did, they should've. But also by removing the date that was previously leaked gives them even more exposure of the device and VZW, which from a marketing perspective is what they want. I think tomorrow we will see the official PR to keep them in the relevant news/blogosphere cycle for another full day then a release on Friday gives them another full day of exposure. Then next week with a full campaign. All speculation and just my opinion with my knowledge of marketing and advertising.

I would think Unlimited Web means unlimited data.:)

The saddest part is that my wife doesn't really play any games but I convinced her to try it. We ended up getting her a copy last Tuesday and she has over 40 hours so far. I'm not sure how many hours I've logged (where do I check), but yeah I love this game. I'm on the PS3, soon hopefully the lag/freezing people are seeing on the PS3 version don't start happening to me!

Just went to my second Verizon store and talked to a really cool tech junkie. He said meet me by the tablets and then he came out with the Nexus. We had to be discrete because of the manager.

It was awesome! Fits perfectly in my hand. Not much thicker than the RAZR. He confirmed they have a bunch of phones and accessories in stock and the Friday launch was scrubbed. He said they can't sell ANY 4G phones right now because the network has to be up and running to program the 4G phones.

He's holding one for me at $250. Hopefully next week.
 
Ok so I called both my Verizon Business Rep and the corporate store that I had already spoken to here in Charleston, SC that told me they'd have it in on Friday. Both of them said that it is still in there system as launching on Friday, the only thing that the store couldn't tell me was what time they were opening, she thought they were opening an hour early but wasn't sure.

Also, I got my TPU case in. Schweeet.
