I was quite upset to see p3droid leave twitter due to the circumstances. What has he actually done to harm anyone? It doesn't matter that he has an "attention-seeking" posting style. No-one has the right to get angry at him about release dates and the like because he is NOT Verizon. He has been targeted either because people are jealous or feel like he owes them something for following him. Nobody pays him any money for his tweets so nobody should feel entitled to expect information or anything else from him. That's just human decency and common sense and I find it disturbing that some good people on this forum would act in such a way.

You may not like what I said and I expect people to retort, but that's just the way I see it. In my eyes, he has been treated unfairly.

Now here's my dollar, gimme my 98c back.

New towers are brought online, LTE rolled into new areas, updates on the tower computer infrastructure, or even something as benign as updates to the routers and switches that make up the backend. Of *course* they're rolling out upgrades constantly, without PR, because most of the time you'd never notice it. With LTE I know they cannot have 2 sites who signals may cross on the same frequency so if they have added new site and expanding their LTE footprint as they have announced we may be seeing some rebanding going on. This is all common actually and would account for the outages that are rolling and ongoing.

I still believe for Friday too. :D

I'm going to a verizon store tomorrow and eavesdrop on a meeting. Since verizon doesn't want to give us info, we're going to have to get it ourselves.

Sorry guys I have the feeling it's been cancelled...it's not even listed anymore on Verizon's site when you click on accessories. :mad: I hope I'm wrong!

oh i don't think it will be canceled. in fact, pending 4G issues, i still say we see it friday. just citing precedent with that article.
 
I think Chief will say something about the magnitude of this thread - and the joy is being a part of it, not anything about the nexus (although i hope he has good nexus info!)

Unless it's related to ISIS and they think they will make more money off of it than scrapping all the Nexi. :(

When you go into save move down to your last save and look on the right, it should you your total time played. Or go to load and look at you last save, either way should work.

DO NOT PRESS THAT BUTTON! You will lose your unlimited. Go with the "no change" You will get 4g service if you have a 4 g device

Aha, well then yes.They are more than capable of doing it. However, for anyone else thinking about its potential cancellation...I don't think the Nexus One got as far as being mass produced like the Galaxy Nexus.

Not losing hope on this phone just yet. :)
 
I find it hard to believe they canceled the phone when they have them and the accessories in store.

I held one in my hand tonight. I believe.
