Root settings disappeared

I started deleting bloatware using Titanium Backup and now my settings button is nowhere to find, and also my google talk is gone! I did a factory reset but the settings button didn't come back. Please help.
 
What kind of phone?
Are they gone from the app drawer and home screen both?
Can you hit menu when on the home screen and get the settings option?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail. Gone on app drawer. Still showing when I hit Menu, but does nothing.
 
i downloaded that apk file and added it to my prevail but i restored my phone thinking the settings would come back but it didnt so when i went to install it the default setting wont let me add the settings.apk and pops up an error window any suggestions
 
I also deleted my settings somehow with Titanium backup. I have tried to restore and it just says restoring forever. Finally I got tired of it and tried to factory reset my phone but it did not bring my settings back. Downloaded titanium backup again and tried to restore settings but now it says the settings wont allow titanium backup to do it, but I cant get to my settings. Arghh!! Help me please.

well this should help, go to http://androidforums.com/galaxy-pre...turn-phone-stock-factory-updated-11-09-a.html . download the top one if u want gingerbread with root, or if u want froyo with root, download the third one. ima quote shabby http://androidforums.com/2953450-post11.html "odin is the alpha and omega when comes to flashing samsung phones... if your phone turns on odin can fix it.."

ODIN IS TEH SHIZNIT, without it, my prevail woulda been a paperweight today... messin with this stupid kernel... LOL
