Still no reason to blame. That poor iOS can't handle too much hate. Remember because of them (partly ;) ) android exist .....

As an application drawer it's fine with me. Other than that, I despise it. (I did pick an optimus M over an iPhone 3GS so it's pretty obvious that I hate iPhone thank u very much)
 
what the hell is miui? lol will it compile for esteem or does it have to be done for revo with an ass load of 'tweaking' after?

Well I think with the open source code, it will be capable of being compiled by source for the esteem. But it might need tweaks too.
 
MIUI is on of the Backed Up ROMs on my OG Inc. It's a pretty nice ROM if you like the "no app drawer" style. It is really customizable for what it looks like and what it shows on the desktop. It's alright but would still rather have these roms first and then MIUI for a little tinkering and playing around with the possibility of keeping.

Sorry but Android was being developed (before Google bought the company) before Apple started working on iOS.

Android Inc. had been working on the Android OS for two years before Google bought them out. Apple only made it to market first, and that was because they threw a lot more developers at their project, not to mention that Google pretty much re-wrote Android after the purchase. Apple did not invent the modern smart phone.
 
I couldn't find any YouTube videos of a themed/customized miui rom, it was all "hey look I bought an android but it kinda looks like that other thing now"
I found miui interesting because I had heard it had some really slick themes and some of the lockscreens were some crazy Chinese ish :)
But based on the YouTube videos it looks like its made for some bicurious android owners ;)

Well, thank for the info. And I wanted to especially say that because we have competitors like iOS and Windows mobile, Android have stepped over the game and successfully made android the best.!!"

lol i wouldnt even call apple and windows them competitors if they cant beat them they have to try and slow Android down but :):) they trying so hard to destroy android but android just keep on rising like you said:):):)

Windows was competition? Umm maybe 5 years ago when Android came out lol, def not now as last i looked Winmo had like a 9% share of the market with BB trailing them lol.

Wow yeah. Its scary how android made a huge jump to as how it is now. And when more High-end devices arrives that'll will be really the ERA of mobile device generation.
 
Oh and for anyone thats interested in trying to port MIUI to the esteem, you will basically have to port CM7 or AOSP and then apply the MIUI patches, then fix any bugs they may be. ;)
