Root Best ROM for battery life?

I'm dying over here. I've maxed out all the battery settings and it won't last a full day on 4g. What's the best ROM for battery life? I just want to go 12 hours between charges with light use!

(PS I can't use the battery saving apps because I need to keep an email client running 24/7 for work).
 
I'm actually building a kernel to do exactly this to go with my optimizer app. I'll post it soon, just testing it so far. It gets me about 12 hours average with regular use so far on top of the GingerSteem1.0 rom.

Just posted it here. It's a work in progress, but 12 hours is already what i've been getting.

Its mostly about kernel than a ROM.

get setcpu and create profiles to underclock you cpu. You can make a profile to when your phone goes into sleep mode(screen off) you can set it so that when you do that the cpu changes from 1.xghz to 200mhz and it works great.
