Help Changing lock screen image?

Can't find a way to change this from the Note's settings - is there something I missed or do you need to get an app to do it?

You would need an app to do it. There are apps like Widget Locker, and GO Locker, which should do exactly what you need.

If you are asking about the "Lock Screen Wallpaper" then it can be done without any additional software.

Step 1 - select a photo from you gallery
Step 2 - Hit the "menu" tab - lower right hand icon (ATT version)
Step 3 - select "Set as" tab
Step 4 - select "Lock screen wallpaper" option
