Root Help needed ASAP

Hello i have just gone and installed a new rom everything was working on v13 and wanted to upgrade to a newer version and see a few things i wanted.

Now i have upgraded and rebooted my phone my phone will not get passed the sony errison sign how do i recover this to default rom or recover to get my phone working again. Can someone provide me with the tools to restore this as i can not get into xRecover when booting up i need something that i can use via usb and connect phone up to it.

on my Droid X i use a sbf file if i brick my phone i think you could use this idea
if you did not know and you can not get into the boot loader recovery to install
your backup rom?

you can never brick your phone...

Just install your original software back to your phone using PC Companion.
1) Install and launch PC Companion to software section
2) Power off your phone and connect mini usb to phone
3) Hold the <back> button of your phone connect to PC usb port

PC Companion will detect phone in recovery mode and reinstall software to phone.
