Mass Effect 3

Mmmmm. I was amazed when I saw just how close her in-game appearance is to real-life, apart from the hair colour. Legend has it that she turned dark to better-offset the Cerberous uniform design.

I don't think she did go dark. It was likely a wig or just graphics alteration. She was still on set for Chuck for the duration that ME2 was in the making.

What? She has dialogue?? Wonder how I missed that???;)

Ohhhh yeah, very little though. I've just heard her speak in real life, and it was extremely sexy lol.

upon checking, it looks like Ashley's face... can't make out who he actually lays down but i figure it is the same person????? (still hoping)

Yeah the face looked more like the new Ashley

Started ME1 sgain this weekend, not sure I will have everything finished by tomorrow heh.

Got some RAM on the way from newegg too.

x2 = 12GB

Tempted to get a new GFX card / SSD if I can find the money. RAM is such a cheap way to squeeze in some performance though.

You should try to pick up a EVGA GTX 580 SC when they are on sale, which seemingly is fairly often. I have one and good grief does this bad boy pump out some power.

On a side note, I bit the bullet and picked up ME3 for 360 on Amazon. I forgot that I'm on vacation next week, even though I won't be home for a few days - I can play once I get back over the weekend.

Actually the RAM isn't really for ME3, it was more for multitasking work stuff. Thought it would help, but ME3 is silky smooth.

That card looks nice. I dont really care about the batman part heh but $500 seems like a lot. I feel like the difference between a $300 card and a $500 card is like 5fps. But maybe there's more to it.

Anyways, I'm about 4 hours into ME3 and it's awesome!

I wont post any spoilers but it's sweet so far. By almost any metric I'm loving it. It's weird you cant holster your weapon though.

Also, as a nice bonus for PC users the text/GUI is nice and small and not some bad console port.

Animations are a little stiff, but, well, that's Bioware for ya heh.

Not really a spoiler, but I'll put it in hide tags regardless. It's about the SR2:

I hate the way they remodeled the SR2. The vid room and war room, to be specific. Cerberus at least knew how to make things aesthetically pleasing.

But like previous games, Bioware obviously has no artists that were in the navy...because the navy would never design ships like that (especially how there was only 1 elevator and zero stairs. A few ladders in obscure areas, but meh...)
