Have a crazy  is the rom manager compatible with the Warp  and when it asks what phone module which of the options do I pick, can anyone help with this crazy  and also are there any good roms for this phone????

Rom manager doesnt have support for the warp. And currently my rom is the only one available. You can get it here on the forum

And how could I get those themes and how to install them?? And what else do I need to install these themes??

Themes and Rom's are 2 different things - you need Clockworkmod (CWM) for your WARP - http://androidforums.com/warp-all-t...orkmod-5-0-2-7-beta2-warp-released-today.html - if you go to post #80 you can download an installer for it ( it's a batch installer ) more info and lots of help in that thread. BTW if you want to get your stock recovery back it's in that file as well :D good luck. Hope this helps you out :D

My ?? is where do i open that zip file for me to install cwm on my phone need the step by step on how to any help....:o

what is it about rom manager though that makes it incompatible.. it sounds like a gr8 utility

We could through the source and try to figure it out
Nevermind, for some reason I thought the sources were public, but they are not

rom manager is open source? I wouldn't be the one to fix it.. x.X I don't know that much about android app making.. though I do have knowledge of java (semi-basic)

edit: which one is it? I found multiple repo's under koush that have 'ROMmanager' as a title

Isnt the only reason that rom manager isnt compatable is because the dev of rom manager hasnt been given a modded clockwork recovery for our device? I belive if we contact him and send him our cwm recovery image he will add it to the supported devices of rom manager. Some one correct me if i am mistaken. All aspects of rom manager work for me EXCEPT installing the cwm recovery because one had to be built for the warp (which we have now).

so rom manager works for you on the warp? o.O

Well everythong except installing the recovery. Fix permissions, etc works for me. If you go to the rom managers site to contact the dev it states that if you have an unofficial working cwm recovery he will add to the list of devices (so you can install cwm through rom manager, and it will recognize it as a warp, etc) I believe our cwm is fully functional now, the data restore issue was a stock rom security feature and there is a fix for that now.

Edit: rom managers main feature is to give you the ability to install cwm on a rooted phone, BUT the RM dev has to be given a working recovery image for a particular device, add it to his server and give rom manager the ability to recognize what device you are running to download the correct recovery image. If the phone is not supported and you download a recovery for a diff device you will brick your phone most likely.

Edit: i would contact the rom manager dev to see about getting it added but i had nothing to do with getting cwm ported for the warp and cannot answer any questions they may have. That would be better left to hroark maybe, if he feels like doing it that is.

Any update on if hroark did this? I think it would be great for the noobs to be able to get the cwm recovery thru rom manager.
