SMS outage in Michigan

Has anyone else in Michigan been able to text today? I have three phones and can't text anything. My OV, my wife's Wildlife S, and a simple Tracfone. Seems to me that because it's different carriers that it might be a widespread problem.
 
it's still out. so when it's fixed are all the texts we were gonna receive going to be lost forever, or should i expect a massive text bomb?
 
My Minutes Checker app isn't working, either. Last text I sent was 3 hours ago and haven't gotten a reply, but it was to my bro and he ignores me a lot, lol. Just sent myself a text from my yahoo email and didn't get it... In SE PA here.
 
I have a Tracfone as a backup, it isn't working either. I looked up who Tracfone uses and neither VM or Sprint is used by them. Odd....

I just got some texts my neighbor sent me hours ago (she came over after work & was like WTH? She brought me pizza, tho. :D). Can browse the web & get mail but minutes checker still isn't working.
 
nothing here stll, and I mean nothing, they must be doing rolling reboots or something.

GF said she started to txt around 5PM and I never got any of them.
 
sucky part is they don't give the real send time, just got some but all say the time I got them, not when really sent.
